Perishable Products: We are unable to take returns on our perishable products. In the event of a carrier delay or damage to the shipping box that results in your beef arriving warm (above 40 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer) or you feel your order is compromised or unsafe in any way – Please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com and our team will gladly assist you in the review/refund process.
Do not consume or taste suspect food.
Non-Perishable: You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase on non-perishable products. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
